The 0451 is the first end grain cutting board we decided to undertake in the woodshop. I shipped the first one to my daughter who made me my first wood cutting board, the Lindey, back in high school shop. The 0451 is her job number in the military, and it’s how we refer to the board in the woodshop. Who knew that she would inspire us to continue what she started all these years later?
This handmade end-grain cutting board is crafted from a premium blend of walnut, cherry, and maple hardwoods, arranged in an ombré gradient that flows naturally from light to dark. This heirloom-quality piece brings warmth, craftsmanship, and performance to your culinary workspace.

We batch these out in 5 board combos, so you can obtain similar boards for family gifts if desired.
