The AZ Cutting Board - End-Grain Board
The idea for the AZ board started at the end of a long kitchen build down in the Phoenix area. The custom kitchen was built completely in walnut. Between the cabinets and the island base, there were stacks of leftover walnut offcuts in teetering piles all over the shop. They weren't big enough to use for furniture, but were too beautiful to toss. Tom used these offcuts to create the AZ Board. The original is still with the walnut kitchen.
This handmade end-grain cutting board is made entirely from walnut. The design is simple, durable, and takes advantage of the natural patterns of the wood.

Dimensions: Customizable but typical size is 15.75” x 11” x 1.75”. Custom pricing available depending on size.
Care: Hand wash only and wipe dry immediately. Apply Big B’s Board Butter when board is dry. This is typically done, depending on usage and climate, regularly to maintain appearance and integrity.
